Bitcoin and altcoin analysis: dated scenarios, not prophecies

Here are my technical analyses of Bitcoin, Ethereum and altcoins such as LINK, ONDO and AAVE: 33 videos as of October 2026, almost all recorded between late October 2025 and April 2026. They cover the kind of market stretch that leaves scars: from the hangover after the October 2025 all-time high to the $60,000 zone in February 2026. On this page I show you how to watch them to actually learn something, not to chase expired targets. The videos are in Spanish, and where times matter, they're given for mainland Spain.

What you'll find in these videos

The format barely changes. Bitcoin first, on the daily, weekly or 4-hour chart depending on the moment; then dominance (BTC.D), Ethereum and a round of altcoins that keeps coming back, mostly Chainlink (LINK) and Ondo (ONDO), with appearances by Aave (AAVE), BNB and XRP. Typically I lay out one or two scenarios with specific levels and what would confirm or cancel them: 16 of the 33 descriptions explicitly mention scenarios.

The bulk of the archive runs from October 29, 2025 to February 18, 2026, with streaks of two or three videos a week (November 2025 alone had nine). Before that there's a single analysis, from July 21, 2025, and after it one more arrived, on April 22, 2026. Five days later I kicked off the Entiende Cripto series and the channel turned toward educational videos, until I came back to the category on October 7, 2026 with a long-horizon video. So this works as a market archive told as it happened, with the hits and misses in plain sight.

Two practical warnings. Apart from the October 2026 one, none of these videos has chapters, so if you're after what I said about a specific coin, you'll have to scrub through by hand. And many titles are in all caps and full of urgency (“URGENTE”, “Míralo ANTES de que sea demasiado tarde”), which is standard YouTube packaging; the descriptions, by contrast, talk about scenarios, confirmations and invalidations. Telling the wrapper apart from the content is the first skill worth training, with my videos too.

Scenarios, not predictions: how to use a dated analysis

Deep down, a technical analysis is a list of “if A happens, B is the likely outcome.” My February 18, 2026 video makes that crystal clear: Bitcoin was squeezed into a symmetrical triangle with two possible exits, one toward $80,000 and the other toward $58,000. I don't pick a side; I tell you which level to watch and why compression tends to end in a sharp move.

Eight minutes that sum up the philosophy of the whole category: two scenarios, one deciding level and a coiled price right before the move.February 18, 2026· 26 views Loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.

Five steps to get the most out of any video in this category

  1. 01

Check the date before the title

Find on a chart where price was that day. If months have passed, the video is history: it's there to learn from, not to trade on.

  2. 02

    Write down the main scenario

Which level has to break, on which timeframe and where it points. For example: “if it closes above X on the daily, the target is Y.”

  3. 03

    Find the invalidation

The level that, if lost, kills the idea. An analysis without an invalidation level isn't a plan; it's an opinion.

  4. 04

    Check what happened next

Scroll the chart forward. Was it confirmed, invalidated or neither? Repeat that with twenty videos and you'll learn more than many courses will teach you.

  5. 05

Separate what you learn from what you'd do

You can agree with an analysis and still not trade. The decision depends on your plan, your time horizon and how much money you can afford to lose.

Steps 3 and 4 work beautifully with three back-to-back videos from late 2025. On November 23, two days after Bitcoin touched about $80,500, I asked whether that was the final drop or the start of a reversal, using RSI, MACD and moving averages. On the 26th I floated a bounce toward $108,000 as a possible zone to take some money off the table and said which levels would invalidate it. And on December 2 I saw a double bottom with targets at $103,000 and $108,000. Now scroll the chart forward: the bounce topped out at about $94,600 on December 9, and the second half of the month went sideways. Watch them back to back and notice how the tone changes once the pattern stops being a hypothesis.

The patterns that keep coming up, explained for beginners

The titles and descriptions in this category keep returning to a handful of chart patterns. None of them is magic: they're ways of summarizing the fight between buyers and sellers in a drawing. And every one of them can fail, which is worth keeping in mind from minute one.

Support and resistance
Zones where price has stalled before. At a support, buyers showed up; at a resistance, sellers did. When a resistance breaks decisively, it often turns into support. They're zones, not lines accurate to the dollar.
Rising and falling wedges (“cuña”)
Two converging lines with price inside. If the highs and lows are falling (a falling wedge), it's usually read as bullish when price breaks out to the upside; if they're rising (a rising wedge), as bearish when it breaks down. Both show up in the archive: on December 19, 2025 I talked about the breakdown and confirmation of a bearish wedge, and on April 22, 2026 a rising wedge on the weekly and daily charts made me suspicious of the rally.
Double top and double bottom
Two highs (or two lows) at a similar level, with a dip (or a peak) in between. A double top is confirmed when price loses that dip; a double bottom, when it clears that peak. On December 2, 2025 I laid out a double bottom “rumbo a 103K–108K” (heading for $103,000-$108,000), a good case for practicing step 4 on the list.
Symmetrical triangle
Lower highs and higher lows: price gets squeezed. It's neutral until it breaks, which is why my February 2026 analysis gave two opposite targets.
Fractals and historical comparisons
Laying today's chart over an old one to see whether the drawing repeats. In January 2026 I compared Bitcoin's structure with the 2021 top, and in February with what Google and NVIDIA did before their big runs. It's a way to generate hypotheses, not to put a date on the future: two charts can look alike right up to the day they stop.

Two details separate a serious reading from barroom chart talk. Confirmation: you almost always need a candle close on the other side of the level, not a wick that pokes through and snaps back. And timeframe: a pattern on the 4-hour chart carries far less weight than one on the weekly. The technical analysis guide walks through all of this calmly, with drawings.

RSI, MACD, dominance and macro: the rest of the toolbox

Patterns tell you where to look. Indicators and context help you decide how much to believe what you see. These are the pieces that show up most across these videos:

RSI
The relative strength index, published by J. Welles Wilder in 1978. It runs from 0 to 100 and is usually calculated over 14 periods; by convention, above 70 is called overbought and below 30 oversold. The juicy part is divergences: price makes a higher high while RSI makes a lower one (a bearish signal), or the reverse. In November 2025 I devoted a video to comparing Bitcoin's RSI with its 2017 behavior.
MACD
Created by Gerald Appel in the late 1970s. It's the difference between two exponential moving averages (12 and 26 periods), with a 9-period signal line. Its crossovers and histogram show whether momentum is speeding up or fading. Like anything built on averages, it lags price. On December 19, 2025 I used it to flag a possible bounce as it started turning positive in the middle of a downtrend.
Dominance (BTC.D)
Bitcoin's share of the total crypto market cap. If it falls while altcoins rise, money is rotating into them: hence my July 2025 video on “altseason.” Careful, though: it also drops when stablecoins grow their share, with no altcoin party at all.
Total3
The crypto market cap excluding Bitcoin and Ethereum. It's a thermometer for altcoins as a group, without any single coin skewing the picture.
Russell 2000
An index of about 2,000 small US companies, run by FTSE Russell. On January 11, 2026 I looked at its correlation with Total3 as a clue to a possible altseason. Remember that correlation isn't causation: two charts that look alike today can stop doing so tomorrow.
Weekly close
The price at which the week's candle ends. Crypto trades 24/7, and on many platforms the week closes at 00:00 UTC on Monday: 1:00 a.m. in mainland Spain in winter, 2:00 a.m. in summer. Not on all of them: some start the weekly candle on Thursday, so check what your chart uses. A close above or below a level counts for more than any midweek wick.
FOMC and Powell
The Federal Reserve committee that sets US interest rates. It meets eight times a year and publishes its decision at 2:00 p.m. Washington time (usually 8:00 p.m. in Spain), followed by its chair's press conference. In 2025 it cut rates on September 17, October 29 and December 10; in this category you'll find a video from October 29 itself and another from the eve of December 10.
NVIDIA earnings
With the artificial intelligence boom, NVIDIA's quarterly results are watched as a gauge of risk appetite. On November 19, 2025 it reported record revenue of $57.0 billion for its third fiscal quarter, and that same day I posted a video mapping Bitcoin's levels for each possible reaction.

Summer and fall 2025: from “altseason” to the all-time high

The oldest analysis in the category is from July 21, 2025. With Bitcoin a little below its record at the time (about $123,200, on July 14), it laid out phase 2 of the altcoin cycle, a possible path for Ethereum toward $6,000 and the idea that Bitcoin might already have set its top. Scroll the chart forward and you'll see it didn't: Bitcoin set new records on August 14, at about $124,500, and on October 6, while Ethereum topped out at about $4,950 on August 24, far from $6,000. That's step 4 on the list, done with one of my own videos.

There are no analyses on the channel from the weeks that followed, so I'll walk you through them with data. On September 17 the Fed cut rates by a quarter point. On October 6, 2025 Bitcoin set its all-time high, around $126,000, and as of October 17, 2026 it remains the record. Four days later the blow landed: on October 10, after Trump threatened an additional 100% tariff on China, more than $19 billion in leveraged positions were liquidated in roughly a day, according to an analysis by the consultancy FTI Consulting, which stresses that the crash didn't stem from fraud or the failure of a major institution. The archive picks up again on October 29, the day of the second rate cut, with “Habla Powell: todo listo para despegar” (Powell speaks: all set for takeoff).

November and December 2025: the bear-market debate

On November 2 I posted “¿Se acabó el bull market?” (is the bull market over?), my most-watched analysis, with 526 views as of October 17, 2026. Two days later, Bitcoin fell below $100,000 for the first time since late June. The titles from those weeks capture the dilemma: “Al borde del bear market” (on the edge of a bear market, November 5), $98,000 as the line in the sand (November 13) and, against the crowd, “Todos hablan de bear market… ¿pero y si pasa lo contrario?” (everyone's talking bear market, but what if the opposite happens?, November 15).

On the 19th it was NVIDIA's turn, and on the 21st Bitcoin fell to about $80,500. On the 26th I floated a bounce toward $108,000 as a possible zone to take some money off the table, and on December 2, a double bottom toward $103,000-$108,000; the bounce stalled at about $94,600 on the 9th. December closed with another Fed cut, a “muy peligroso” (very dangerous) weekly close on the 14th, a breakdown from a bearish wedge and several weeks of sideways action that I titled “Calma total en BTC: antes de que todo cambie” (total calm in BTC before everything changes).

January to April 2026: $75,000, $60,000 and the fight for $72,000

January opened with “Predicción Bitcoin 2026: ¿bull run histórico o crash total?” (historic bull run or total crash?) and the Total3 vs. Russell 2000 comparison. On February 1, with Bitcoin around $75,000 and below its 50 moving average, I asked whether it was a trap and compared it with what Google and NVIDIA did before their big runs. On February 5 I talked about the 200 moving average as a historical long-term buying zone. That same night, Bitcoin briefly touched about $60,000, less than half its October peak.

The second half of February was about short-term levels: on the 15th, a break above $72,000 as the door to $80,000 (on Bitstamp and Coinbase, price didn't get past about $70,900 that day, and it didn't clear $72,000 until March 4), and on the 18th, the “¿80.000 o 58.000?” triangle. Before that, on February 8, I left a dated idea worth revisiting now: based on the pattern of previous cycles, I placed the end of the bear market around October 2026. That's exactly the month I'm updating this page, so check it against today's chart, not the video. For reference, the lowest point since the peak, as of October 17, 2026, was about $57,700, on July 1, 2026. The April 22 analysis pushes back against euphoria: I saw a possible rising wedge on the weekly and daily charts and warned it was still too early to declare victory (“aún es pronto”).

October 2026: back to the long term

After almost six months focused on Entiende Cripto and educational videos, on October 7, 2026 I came back to this category with a different angle: not levels for next week, but three reasons to invest in Bitcoin in 2027 that almost nobody talks about. I cover returns, the fact that the big players have only just arrived and Bitcoin measured in gold, “a mitad de precio” (at half price), and I close with the risks and how far its price could go. It's the first video in the category with chapters, so you can jump straight to the risks.

How to watch a technical analysis video critically

This applies to these videos and to any other channel's. Before you let an analysis influence what you do with your money, run it through this filter:

  • Confirmation. What has to happen for the pattern to count? Usually a candle close on the analysis timeframe. A wick that pierces a level and snaps back isn't a breakout.
  • Invalidation. Where's the level that kills the idea? If you can't find it, the video is giving you an opinion, not a plan.
  • Timeframe. A 4-hour scenario, like the “zona de la muerte” (death zone) one from February 12, 2026, can play out in a day; a weekly one, over months. Don't mix up the video's time horizon with yours.
  • Risk. How much would you lose if the invalidation hit? If the answer keeps you up at night, the position is too big, however good the analysis.
  • Highlight bias. In hindsight there's always a video that “called it.” Count the scenarios that didn't play out too, like the $6,000 Ethereum I floated in July 2025 or December's double bottom “rumbo a 103K.”
  • Macro context. The Fed, jobs data, big tech earnings, tariffs. A beautiful pattern can be blown apart by a headline, as happened on October 10, 2025.

En este vídeo no te voy a decir el futuro, pero sí quiero mostrarte una curiosa similitud que he encontrado.

Where to start in this category

If you're only going to watch a few, make it these, in this order. Between them they cover the patterns, the indicators and the big moments of the period:

  1. “¿Se acabó el bull market?” (November 2, 2025): the most-watched video in the category and a good example of reading the daily and weekly charts together.
  2. “BTC en peligro…”, “¿Debes salirte ahora?” and “¿Rebote confirmado?” (November 23 to December 2, 2025): a double bottom laid out, followed up and checked.
  3. “Este cierre semanal de BTC es muy peligroso” (December 14, 2025): why the weekly close matters more than day-to-day noise.
  4. “¿Bitcoin o altcoins? El gráfico que lo cambia todo” (January 11, 2026): Total3, dominance and the Russell 2000 in one video.
  5. “Bitcoin al límite: triángulo simétrico” (February 18, 2026): two scenarios and one deciding level.
  6. “3 Motivos que Nadie te Cuenta para Invertir en Bitcoin en 2027” (October 7, 2026): the most recent one, with a long horizon and its risks spelled out.

To round it out: weekly closes, cycles and the April 2026 wedge

FAQ /

Frequently asked questions

Are these Bitcoin analyses investment recommendations?

No. They're dated technical analyses that lay out scenarios: if price confirms a level, one outcome is likely; if it loses it, another. I put it in writing in the description of my February 10, 2026 analysis: “Esto no es consejo financiero, es mi visión personal del mercado y mi propia estrategia” (this isn't financial advice, it's my personal view of the market and my own strategy). Use them to learn how to read a chart and to test your own ideas, never as an order to buy or sell.

When did Bitcoin hit its all-time high?

On October 6, 2025, with an intraday high of about $126,300 ($126,272 on Bitstamp and $126,296 on Coinbase); other platforms show slightly different figures. The day before, it had already beaten its August 14 record. As of October 17, 2026 that is still the record: the highest price since then was about $125,200, the next day, and price hasn't come close again.

What is Bitcoin dominance (BTC.D)?

It's Bitcoin's percentage of the total crypto market cap. If it falls while altcoins rise, money is rotating into them, which is why traders watch it to anticipate a possible altseason. But it also falls when stablecoins gain share, so it's best read alongside Total3 and price, never on its own.

What does it mean when a chart pattern is invalidated?

It means price did exactly what the pattern couldn't allow: for example, breaking below the lows of a double bottom. At that point the idea stops being valid, however convincing the video was. A good analysis tells you where that level is before it happens, and good risk management puts your exit there.

Why does the weekly close matter so much for Bitcoin?

Because it compresses seven days of fighting into a single candle and filters out the noise of midweek wicks. On many platforms the week closes at 00:00 UTC on Monday, which is 1:00 a.m. in mainland Spain in winter and 2:00 a.m. in summer; some start the weekly candle on Thursday instead. A close on the other side of a key level counts for more than an intraday touch.

Are there recent analyses in this category?

Yes, though with a gap: between April 22 and October 7, 2026 there's no video in this category, because the channel focused on Entiende Cripto, rankings, tutorials and beginner videos. On October 7 I came back with “3 Motivos que Nadie te Cuenta para Invertir en Bitcoin en 2027” (3 reasons nobody tells you to invest in Bitcoin in 2027), a long-horizon analysis. Always check the video's date and compare its levels with today's chart.
